twisted fringe

1. Cast on 3 stitches knit using tuck card 1 x1. If you have no patterning make a fat I cord. Knit until the trim is as long as you think you need and then knit several rows of waste yarn.
I pressed mine flat.
2. Next pick up 3 stitches on the edge of your trim, work from the opposite end the ending waste yarn is on. That way if you need more or less you can add or subtract.
3. Knit 30 rows
4. Now you twist and twist it until it’s twisted up to the top and bottom about 15-20 times hold it.

5. Pick up 3 stitches from the edges and hang on the same needles. I pull the needles all the way out and make sure everything is behind the latches knit 1 row. Continue across.
This was done on the bulky and can be done on any machine with any yarn.
